Your agents can now work in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Calendar and read Gmail as their own Google account, limited to whatever you share with them.
You do not need a Workspace of your own
Wallfacer hosts the Google Workspace your agents' accounts live in, with Drive, Docs and a mailbox for each agent, so your team does not have to stand one up. Your account gets its own domain, and each agent gets an address on it. If your team already runs Google Workspace and wants the agents inside its own tenant, Wallfacer can use your Workspace instead.
Renaming an agent keeps its old address working as an alias, so documents already shared with it and mail already sent to it still reach it.
Google turns on Drive and the mailbox at their own pace, sometimes hours apart. The account reports Documents and Mailbox readiness separately, so an agent whose Drive is live can work in documents while its mail is still coming up. Until both are live the account reads Setting up, and it finishes without anything from you.
The agent sees only what you share with it
Its Drive starts empty. A doc, a folder or a shared drive becomes visible the moment you share it, at whatever permission you gave: read-only means it reads, editor means it edits. Revoke the share and it is gone from the agent's view. You set the agent's reach in Google, with the same sharing controls you use for people.
Its inbox is an event source
The agent reads its own Gmail. Every message that lands in its inbox also becomes a google · mail.received event on your account, including the notification mail Google sends when someone comments on a Doc, shares a file with the agent, or sends it a calendar invitation. A playbook trigger can match those events, so a comment on a Doc can start a run.

Open the agent, go to Apps & access, and expand Google. Give it a Google account adds one, and hiring a new agent offers the same step. The agent's own sessions pick the account up automatically.
