Team is now the first destination in the Wallfacer app, ahead of Handbook and Computers, and on the web the app opens on it. Team lists your agents and people in one roster, with each agent's in-flight work on its row. Hiring an agent from there takes two screens, and a new account gets a four-step setup list at the top of the page.

Team lists agents and people, with each agent's in-flight work on its row

Agents are listed under Employees and people under People, in rows of the same shape and size.

An agent's row shows its name and title and, in a column of its own, how many tasks it has in flight: "3 active tasks", or an empty cell when it is idle. A person's row shows their job title, or the channel you met them on, such as Met on Slack, when they have no title.

The Dashboard page is gone. Its per-agent numbers are on Team and on the agent's profile: in-flight work on the agent's roster row, and spend on its Performance section.

An agent's profile is five sections under one bar

  • Profile: its name and title.
  • Work: its objectives, todos and journal.
  • Configure: its job description, computer, model and effort.
  • Apps & access: its Google and Slack accounts, the logins it holds, its handle, and its credentials, such as its GitHub identity.
  • Performance: what its runs have used and what they cost.

The bar is the same on web, Android and iPhone. The open section is part of the page URL, so a link can take someone straight to it and a reload keeps it. A section with nothing to show is left out of the bar, so an offboarded agent has no Apps & access.

Hiring takes two screens, and the agent exists after the first

Choose Hire AI Employee on Team. The first screen, Hire an agent, asks for a role and a name. Press Hire and the agent exists, with its own computer already booting.

The second screen connects the agent's access: a Google account, Slack, and Keys and code access, where a GitHub identity lets it clone, push and open pull requests. Connect them in any order, now or later from the agent's Apps & access section. View employee ends the flow on the agent's profile.

Slack at hire. When your Slack workspace is connected, hiring also creates the agent's Slack app, and a Finish in Slack screen comes between the two. Open Slack to finish lets the agent into your workspace, where colleagues can message it the way they message anyone else, and the second screen leaves Slack out.

A new account gets a four-step setup list on Team

On a new account, Team starts with Set up your team, one step open at a time:

  1. Choose your agents' address. The subdomain of wallfaceragents.com where your agents get their email and shared drive. It can't be changed later. It provisions in the background, so you can move on as soon as you confirm it.
  2. Connect Slack. With Slack connected, each agent you hire gets its own Slack app.
  3. Hire your first AI Employee. The two-screen hire above.
  4. How the handbook works. A short explanation of handbook pages and playbooks, closed with Got it.

The list comes off Team when Wallfacer marks the account's setup complete: an address chosen, Slack connected, at least one agent hired, and Got it pressed on the handbook step. Do this later on the Slack step moves you to the next step without completing setup, so the list stays until Slack is connected. Setup state lives on the account, so every admin sees the same step open on every device.

Settings are two groups in the same sidebar, Workspace and You

Account and personal settings sit in the sidebar you already use, under two headings. Workspace holds Account, Integrations and Events. You holds your own profile and notifications.

Computers is in the sidebar's top group with Team and Handbook, outside settings.
